For Public Interest (Fair Use, Archive/Education): This Public Interest Evidence Video was a part of the evidence submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) under Article 15 of the Rome Statute pertaining to Canada's Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) regime.
On February 14th 2023, Roger Foley of Canada sent a submission of communications and claims under Article 15 of the Rome Statute to the OTP regarding alleged crimes falling under the jurisdiction of the ICC. Roger Foley has requested the OTP to investigate Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide that Canada has committed against its disabled and elderly populations through their MAiD regime. Roger Foley of Canada has asked the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan KC, to accept the submission and open an investigation.
